Warehousing
GBS Group operate from a brand new warehouse and distribution facility in Takanini, South Auckland which has state of the art security systems and staff with extensive warehousing experience. As well as having experienced staff, at GBS Group you have the ability to talk directly with the owner/operators.
The facility has the following attributes:
- Twin access for shipping container and other egress
- Security alarmed with electric security fencing
- Fork hoist
- Pallet racking
- MAF approved facilities for devanning of containers
- Modern computer and accounting systems
- Broadband telecommunication system for internet services
As well as warehousing GBS Group offers a transport distribution system with a modern fleet.

Transport/Logistics
From our secure warehouse in South Auckland we offer a total logistical service from landing and devanning containers, project management, to time specific consignments and distribution of goods nationwide.
Below are brief descriptions of some of the services offered by GBS Transport. GBS Transport is a "Point of Difference" transport company; this means we can tailor a logistical service to suit your specific business needs. Feel free to contact us and talk through your logistical requirements.
Same Day Metropolitan Delivery
Consignments requiring same day delivery, booked before 1300.
The boundaries for the Metropolitan area being, Long Bay in the north, Westgate Shopping Centre in the West and Papakura in the south.
Urgent Metropolitan Delivery
An consignment of freight requiring delivery with two hours of GBS Transport Ltd being notified, or booked after 1300 requiring delivery the same day will be classified as an Urgent Delivery and will be charged at Urgent rates.
Please note: Any Urgent consignment outside of the Metropolitan area can be priced on request.
Vehicle Hire
A dedicated van or truck and driver, for consignments that require more than a pickup and delivery service. Charged on an hourly rate, started from the time the vehicle arrives at site. There is a minimum one hour charge. Also the option of extra personnel, for those large consignments or projects requiring special loading or unloading.
Regional Services
GBS Transport Ltd also delivers daily to the Greater Auckland and Waikato area.
